To whom it may concern: I am not satisfied by your response to my written concerns. I believe they are inaccurate and do not address my principle issue. I understand that you cannot grant me the arrangement that you promised; however I feel it is disrespectful to customers to make promises your business cannot keep. Furthermore, you did not install the headset I ordered as you indicated you had. I installed it myself. Finally, the entire reason I lashed out at those present was in response to being falsely accused by an employee of being a dishonest customer. All I did was act in kind to your disrespectful and unprofessional employee. Which is known as slander and a lot of people get sued by that now and days but, we both don't want me to go that far. I was surprised and insulted by this unprofessIonal behavior from this business and I still require an apology or I will continue my efforts to get an apology to my face by the employee and to tell my FULL story to everyone I come across with that even has a friend of a friend of a motorcyclist. Always ride well.
