Review: Order was place on May 1st and they guarentee "same day shipping on all order to meet everyones tight deadlines", so they should have arrived on May 2nd. The Orders that were in that box that have not arrived yet were scheduled to print on May 3 and one order was getting picked up by one of our customers and the other had to ship on May 3. They called us and told us they had a system error for some reason and have yet to ship our product. We not are not only missing one deadline that was for an event on May 3 but the one the order that was supposed to ship on May 3 is due May 5 which means I now have to drive 250 miles to drop it off so it arrives. Everything that was supposed to be printed on May 3rd now has to be printed on may 4th and on May 5th I have to drive all day for a delivery meaning there "system error" puts us behind by 3 full days on our print schedule. This 3 days will also mean that we now have to ship an order that was going to be picked up on May 6th now has to be shipped to Europe cause the customer leaves Monday night for their European tour. This could all have been fixed had they just used Saturday shipping through [redacted]. They told me "they didnt want to spend to much money" so now I lose a ton of time and money for a mistake that I had no part in.Desired Settlement: - I want all damages done paid for by Bodek and Rhodes

- Shipping calculator to be changed there shipping quotes are 600% higher on their sites then actual charged for the services they use

- An apology from Bodek and Rhodes directly to our customers

- Customer service policies changed
