I bought a female pup from Bodella K9 a year and a half ago and could not be happier with my gorgeous dog. I contacted Mr. [redacted] after seeing his website and knew that I had to have one of his dogs. I must have looked at a million websites to try to find a breeder and either encountered individuals who seemed that they did not take good care of their dogs or who were selling their dogs at very high prices. Because I am a female college student, I wanted a smart and protective yet sweet dog at a fair price. When my boyfriend found the Bodella K9 website I was very impressed with the dogs and contacted Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] was very professional and was more than happy to talk to me about his dogs. I decided to get an all black female pup from Mr. [redacted], and because I live in Michigan she had to flown to me. I was a little nervous about sending money to someone I did not know, but Mr. [redacted] proved to be very trustworthy and sent me a beautiful dog. I got my dog, who I named Karma, when she was 8 weeks old. My boyfriend and I taught her the basic commands (sit, stay, down etc.) almost immediately after I got her. She picked up on everything very quickly and was well ahead of the other pups in her "puppy kindergarden" class!. Growing up, my family had a german shepherd - she was a great dog and very intelligent but not nearly as smart as Karma. I could not be happier with Karma. As I said before, she is now a year and a half old and is the best dog in the world. She is honestly the most intelligent dog I have ever encountered. I take Karma to the local dog park almost every day and get endless complements from other dog owners about how beautiful and smart she is. She is extremely playful and always has a tennis ball in her mouth. She also loves to run and is very loving and affectionate with people, but also gets along very well with other dogs. I also love that she is very friendly, yet I feel very safe when I am home alone as she barks to alert me when one of my roommates or someone else enters my apartment and seems to have a sixth sense about which people are safe and those who are threatening. If you are looking for a great dog and an experienced and trustworthy breeder, Bodella K9 is the place for you!

Well I am a person who is what you called obsessed with German Sheperds, and since I have bought my Zoe from bodella life has been great, no sickness, no hip,back, leg problems. she is beautiful, calm, sweet as can be gaurded at first with strangers then warms up quickley, she has done extensive training and done very well with all of it we hope to be completly certified for therapy work in the fall and winter. Also to say the least I think Zoe thinks she gave birth to my kids if there up ,she is up, there outside, she is outside she follows my three kids around all the time as if they were her own, however I could write a book on what a wonderful babydoll I got from [redacted] at Bodella Kennels, But I have to close at some point Thanks for giving me this opportunity to rate my experience [redacted] Sutersville, Pa

BoDella K9 Kennels has an Excellent Kennel owner. Mr. [redacted] took extral time with our family to help educate us on how to raise our new puppy. He gave us very good and helpful knowledge, which helped us train and acculmate our puppy to our home. He answered many phone calls before our visit and made it a positive experience not a business transaction. It is a big decison to bring a pet into your family. We were looking for a working dog that could be a family member and wanted a purebred German Shepherd. Mr. [redacted] provided history on the dogs, the bred and really enjoys what he does. We drove eight hours to get a puppy from his kennel because of his caring and attention to the details that really destingushed him as a excellent kennel owner. It has been a wonderful and very rewarding experience as our puppy became a member of our family!!!.

We purchased a female German Shepherd from Jim (BoDella K9 kennels). He a great guy. Talked with him serveral times and he also emailed me a picture of puppies he had avaliable. He went out of his way to meet us half way with the puppies so we could pick one out. We purchased a Female pup just a couple of weeks ago. Athena is very smart. She learned sit in just a day. Our family could not be happier with this desicion. Thank you [redacted]!!

[redacted] was very informative and helpful in picking out a female pup to replace our 12 year pet that had recently passed away. We are very happy with the female pup we bought from [redacted], and she is now 2 years old. We have not had any issues and she has a great disposition and is very smart!

I'v had my dog for about 2 years now, and I couldent ask for a better pup. I got an all black male German Shepherd from BoDella K9 kennels. Originally I was looking for a male dog, but at the time their were none available. A few days before I was going to pick up a female, I get a phone call saying that someone backed out last second on their last male. Working together we came to an agreement, and before I knew it I was driving home with a new pup. I thank BoDella K9 for making my first experience buying a dog very easy and stress free.

To this day my dog has been in perfect health, has a great family friendly personality, and is sometimes to smart for his own good!!:) I recommend BoDella Kennels to everyone, two thumbs up!!

We bought Erin from [redacted] at Bodella K-9 about 2.5 yrs ago and I must say she has turned out to be quite a girl! At 6 months old we were out for a walk, my back went out and it was just Erin and myself,so I had to wrap the leash around me,and this pup pulled me all the way back to my house..many instances she has proven herself... she has protected me and my family, kept our home from being burglarized, took on a rottweiller much bigger than she to save my daughter from being attacked. Erin is an awesome protector and much loved addition to our family..She is everything [redacted] said she would be and more..I highly recommend [redacted]/Bodella k-9 for a grreat dog in every way.

Picked up Sputnik in the fall of 08 as a pup, she is a great Shepherd. Very athletic, enthusiastic, smart and yet very sweet. She loves to play. Very happy with Her and would recommend a Shepherd from BoDella.

We had such a wonderful experience with [redacted] @ BoDella K9 kennels. My fiancé and I wanted a black male gsd for some time and could not find a reputable breeder locally (we live in Massachusetts). We found Bodella K9 online in April '11 and gave [redacted] a call right away.

He knew so much about the personalities of his puppies. Our Cyrus is just as attentive at he described. We already had another dog and 2 cats, and Cy adjusted perfectly. He quickly outgrew our other dog who is only 12 pounds, but has remained gentle with her and the cats. Every person we come across who isn't scared of black dogs always says how striking and smart he is.

You can imagine how many questions we would have for any breeder, and even more for one so far away. [redacted] was always available and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and would spend upwards of an hour on the phone just to make sure I was comfortable with him and how he handled his dogs. [redacted] explained everything about how he coordinated flying his puppies to new homes. He called when he was leaving his house to bring him to the airport, then when they were at the airport. He was even apprehensive to send him because there was the threat of bad weather that day. We were able to track the flight and were right there for Cyrus when he landed. [redacted] really cares about each and every one of his puppies. He really made this experience feel like we were dealing with family even though he was 1,300 miles away.
