Bodenheimer came out and ran a camera for my sewer line and they were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in getting me understanding the normal and challenging conditions of my 1958 home. They answered my many questions easily and discussed my options and next steps. This is a new technology to run a camera along the line and it was a valuable aid to help understand and plan for my home's critical functioning. Thanks!

Do not use. One of their plumbers came to my home for a service call. He stole close to $1000 in coins in a decorative chest. I found him looking through a closet before he hastily left. No one else in the house in intervening time. Owner refused to return my calls or cover the loss.

We purchased 3 Hans Grohe faucets (and were told by Bodenheimer that they would be guaranteed for a year notwithstanding being purchased directly from Furgerson). Installation by Bodenheimer cost the better part of $1,000. Within weeks, two of the faucets leaked and we called Bodenheimer back. We received a bill for roughly $100 to loosen the faucet handles. We complained about the charge but Bodenheimer insisted it was justified. After having used this company for over 20 years, this is the last time we will use their services.
