Bodie Victorian Hotel

I am rejecting this response because:
I received an email generated from the Revdex.com with a response from the business owner for ID ***. I'm a little confused because the owner appears to ramble on about things I have no idea what she is talking about. I am a
professional in law enforcement and have no reason to lie about my experience at The Bodie Inn Hotel in Bridgeport, CA. It doesn't matter if I was on a budget and booked the least expensive room...all I wanted was a place to lay my head for two nights while I was in the area for an event. What I did expect was to have a clean and sanitary room no matter how big or small it was. I never requested for towels not to be brought to my room, that is an expected service at a hotel. All I said was I brought my own hand towel to remove my make up so I don't stain towels at hotels I stay at...it's just a courtesy on my part I paid for two nights and three days and slept one night and left the next day due to the filthy conditions of the room to which I have attached photo documentationI really don't think this owner truly comprehends how unsanitary the bed and towel was or how unprofessional it is to supply guests with unwashed towels with what appears to have bodily fluids dried on them, furnish rooms with worn out bedding with many hairs embedded in them and beds that are stained and the springs worn out. This 1880s hotel has such a potential to be a darling place but it is really a house of horrors right now. I truly feel I am entitled to a refund due to my experience and because I couldn't sleep in that bed another night and had to turn around and drive the seven hours back home because I was so disgusted Thank you for your assistance, Best Regards, *** *** p.sI'm not sure if I mentioned this in my first submitted complaint, but I had left a note that said "Unacceptable" on top of the dirty hand towel which I placed on top of the dresser (because I had to leave for my event and no one was working in the lobby) ...when I returned that afternoon, someone had replied with ??'s written on the note which had then been set on top of a stack of new towels....the new towels had been placed on top of the dirty towel. I just don't understand that kind of mentality where that's ok
