Bodiford Insurance

I was recently charged from my account for insurance that was cancelled two weeks ago. I assumed wrong that this agent would inform the company of cancellation but they failed to do so. This is unacceptable from an agent who is suppose to have your best interest at heart. I guess not!!!! The issue was resolved by going directly to company instead agent!!! Poor customer service!!!
