To date I've had no contact from Graystone Graphics for nearly three weeks, nothing about the incorrect or two defective shirts and nothing with regard to the manner and fashion my order was handled or about the shirts I never receivedIt has been nearly one month since the short order was picked up and still no resolutionI never even received an apologyThis is completely, entirely and utterly inexcusableA complaint will now be filed with the Missouri Attorney General's Office and an alternate path towards resolution will be sought

In my opinion if Graystone Graphics were truly sorry about my unpleasant experience I would have all the shirts I asked for, right now, without further delay or excuseI asked these people repeatedly to please complete my order and to date they have failed to do so
Full payment of *** made by credit card was disputed by me but I received advice that my position would be better if I let that go, so the dispute was dropped and payment was re-instated 10/for the full amount of *** and records indicate they have received this payment
As of the date and time of this reply I just checked, and no refund has been receivedWith this case flagged by the card company I believe any refund would have been immediately viewable on the credit card statement due to the electronic nature of the transaction
This said, and in my opinion the fact they're claiming a refund was issued and I have no proof of it calls in to question the integrity of the business at an ownership and foundational/moral level
Just as soon as I get back from the store I'm filing a complaint with the MOAG office, because I've had just about as much of their boloney as I intend to take

We are absolutely saddened that the customer in this case was not pleased with their service and resulting productIt is our goal for all of our customers to have a pleasant experience when using our company for their apparel printing needsThis customer was refunded, has possession of the product, and was issued an apology via email on 10/03/from the customer service representative that handled this order
