I prepaid a very large amount of money for services and when I called to make an appointment with them no one answers the phone or returns our calls. We have been calling all their numbers since May 25th. It is now June 9 th.

Review: I paid $3,495 up front and I was supposed to receive multiple treatments for non invasive fat removal and skin tightening. I had an appointment scheduled and they called to tell me that they needed to reschedule my appointment due to training. The receptionist told me that they would be calling me the following week to reschedule my appointment. I received no phone call. I contacted the business and was answered by a rude receptionist and I politely told her I was calling in regards to reschedule my appointment, she transferred me to another line and the phone was disconnected. I have been trying to contact the company multiple times a day for a week now and have been getting the run around and when I call now the phone is sent to voicemail with a voicemail box that has not been set up, apparently the previous owner was arrested on unknown felony charges and that a doctor from Canada would be taking over the business, his name is J[redacted]. I have also filled a report with the Department of Consumer Affairs. This MediSpa is very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like BodiSculpt of [redacted] to refund $3,495.
