I purchased piercing jewelry at this store and the item broke within a weeks time. I went in to complain and ask for them to fix or replace it. However, they immediately pointed out that all sales are final and refused to listen to anything I had to say. My feeling is, if they state all sales are final, it doesn't give them the right to sell junk, knowing it wont last, and then refusing to stand behind the product. this is fraudulent sales practices. Anyone can claim an item is a good product, when it is garbage, take your money, and then claim, sorry all sales are final. that is still fraudulent.
Product_Or_Service: belly button ring
Refund originally, I wanted them to fix or replace it, but now after their attitude and lack of service, I do not want anymore of their garbage. I want a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere.
