.(ALL TEXTS HAVE BEEN SAVED AND CAN BE SENT IF NEEDED) On the day of the appt., the client texted to see if she could come at a later timeWe gave her a later time, by moving other appointmentsShe then called and said she could not comeI informed her that she would be paying regardless if she came and she hung up on meShe phoned the next day and was given the same informationWe did NOT hang up on her at any timeWhen she came to the business, I was leaving to go to an apptand still took the time to talk to herShe said that I had no right to charge her and I told her she had no right to book my time and then have us change it and then cancel and hang up on me when I was talking to her She then texted us and asked if she could still receive her serviceWe told her she could if she paid a reschedule fee of $She later texted us and said she didn't want it now? She threatened to press charges, contact her attorney and whatever else she could think ofALL ON TEXTShe then went on our facebook page telling incorrect information about us*** ***
