Order my product almost 2 months ago. Where is it?? They keep blaming it on covid-19, and a backlog. I asked for a refund, and was told my order is being processed and they can't issue refunds once processing starts... Earlier, days after I ordered it, they issued a tracking number but never shipped my order... Never trust BodyByBrock!!! They are scamming people out of their money!!
Scammers! I do believe they printed shipping labels which then the product gets marked as shipped...but they never made it to USPS and you only have a 7-14 day grace period before the label is void. It would seem no one has received their order when looking at Facebook complaints. They were offering a 60% refund of what people paid and when they get the ordered product they can return said product for a full refund; the catch is no one has or will get the ordered product (myself included). The company has stopped responding to emails and Facebook messages and seems to have taken the money and ran. I’m disputing know with PayPal and they have reached out to Body by Brock with no response.
I ordered the advertised product 20 PCS resistance band kit 150lbs on 4/16/2020. I received a receipt for the total price $69.49. 4/20/2020 had an email with a tracking number that turned out to be invalid, 4/23/20 another email stating there was a shipping issue and that my order would be shipped right away. I have had no other correspondence or answers to my emails requesting refund. The ad on Facebook has a lot of people who are in the same situation and have not received the items that we paid for.
Purchased 2- sets of 150lb resistance bands sets that has never been shipped to me. It’s been almost 1 month. I just want my funds back
My order was placed 20 April 2020. He advertises that all orders will be shipped between 8-13 days. I've sent numerous emails, Facebook messages and comments on his Facebook page and he will not respond. He's deleted some of my comments on Facebook so others could not see them. I've asked for a refund and I've yet to receive it. Total cost was $59.49.
