This client did a medical weight loss program along with body sculpting treatments at our office It was stated to her during her initial consultation with the program advisor [redacted] that most clients who do this type of program will lose between 10-pounds It was also stated that there is NO guarantee because we cannot guarantee that when a client leaves here that they will have enough self-will and motivation to stick to the program's diet restrictionsWe are accountable to the client however we cannot be accountable FOR the client We also told her that we would continue to work with her on an all-natural diet protocol and counsel with her until she reached pounds of weight loss.Throughout the weight loss program this client struggled to lose weight This typically happens when a client is unable to stick to the low calorie diet protocol The way this diet works is that you take prescription medication that lowers hunger, balances hormone profiles and allows the body to protect its lean muscle and burn stored fat while consuming a very low calorie healthy diet If a client was to stick to this low calorie diet even without the medication a person should lose 10-pounds per monthThe medication just allows the body to feel less hunger and protect muscle so you only lose fat To be successful you need to eat a very restricted diet protocol with a balanced amount of protein, vegetables and fruit Even though the client said and documented in her journal that she was following our recommendations she was not losing the amount of weight that she had hoped for We would suggest that she was counting her calories incorrectly and that she was over consuming calories otherwise she would be losing more weight.This client also did several Body sculpting treatments and to prove that they work we measure the client before and after treatments with a self-retracting measuring tape Although we do not take measurements during every treatment (every first, third & last visit is protocol for measurements) – every treatment that we did do measurements this client saw better than our minimum result promised.At the end of this program this client stated that she was not happy with her results In response to that we offered to continue to work with her with an all-natural diet and counselling sessions We suggested that if she wanted to continue and try this program again that we would sell her the medication for our cost and we also offered her body sculpting treatments and counseling for free through out the second month We also suggested that if she wanted to try a different approach to weight loss using our herbal supplements that we would also offer this program at our cost Both options would have been $but she would have received over a $worth of free body sculpting and counseling We want all of our clients to be happy with their results and will do just about anything to help them achieve their goals We want to see every client succeedHowever, their own personal desire to succeed must be stronger than our desires if they want to be successful This client refused to continue to receive our help and just wanted a full refund even though she had lost pounds and more inches than promised during the body sculpting treatments This offer still stands with this client and she is more than welcome to come back and continue to lose weight until she accomplishes her goals
