place inside The Madison Ave Salon and Spa in Ahwatukee.  I rent a room there to handle the over flow of clients.  The front desk most of the time lets me know that there is a client waiting. She has never had to wait in the pas.t On 1-31 she came in for 3 treatments.  We always tell clients that they may bruise and what to use to feel the area. She did bruise but not severly.  On 2-3 she came in and told me it was her wedding anniversary and she wanted to wear a sleeveless dress.  I said great, lets not do your arms, just your stomach and it is my wedding anniversary gift to you. She had her service and the following treatment she showed me pictures of her and her husband.On 2-28 I was in my room giving a service to a lady that once she got off the vibration machine, she informed me she was going to faint. I got her comfortable, water, cold towel and the fan on her.  After about ten minutes she said she was sorry and felt fine to leave. I have a very small room and was trying my best to get her well enough to be able to drive. I was 15 minutes late for Mrs [redacted]'s appt.  I went out to find her and the front desk said she had left. She had sent me a text asking how long I was going to be, but I did not see it till much later. Nor did the front desk, who does not work for me contact me to let me know she was upset.  I had my hands full.I would be happy to refund her money for the services she did not receive. She paid with credit cards. I need that information to reverse the charge. We do not store credit information. If she will get that to me , I will take care of it. I am sorry for making her wait, but things were out of my hands.Kim S[redacted]
