Like I said, I was going to purchase a smaller package but I was told I would be able to give my classes to one of my friends that I had brought to her classesI unfortunately did not put it in writing and was in return lied toThe only reason I went ahead with the purchase of classes was because of the cushion I had in case I couldnt finish them and I in fact could not finish them and wanted to proceed with transferring the classes to a friend and Milana pretended like she never told me I couldA liar and thief over 66$ which I didnt even ask for my money back until she began this lie

So sad to see the true colors of peopleShe wants to give me an extension to something I cant physically attend, if that's not a liar and schemer, than we had different meaningsIf I had this in writing, I would have had a chance to win this, but since I thought she was good for her word, I clearly have no way of winning thisI guess she only said that I can transfer them when my friend was not attending her classes anymore and now that my friend attends them on her own she sees no purpose for me to transfer themHorrible people will get their horrible karmaAfter yeas of loyalty this is what I receive over $It is not in my nature to publicly bad mouth but I will no longer be ever recommending these classes and sooner than later people will all see what a horrendous human being you turned out to be

Clients at my studio can pay per class or can purchase bulk packages for a cheaper rateThere are a variety of packages for different amountsI do have classes for $75, for $130, for $and for $300. *** in March went for the class package even though she knew she was moving, she figured she'd complete it by thenShe very well could have bought a smaller package (which would cost her more per class) even though some clients can complete a class package in a month*** had reached out to me in June explaining she is physically unable to attend and has to "sell" her classes I offered to accommodate her and give her an extension even though my packages are valid for months from date of purchaseShe said it's impossible because she's never in the areaWith that being said *** was in the area during that monthShe is back and forth from California as she is getting married here in the next month or so. I am not a liar or a schemerI run a small business with a flawless reputation and never had any issuesEvery client is aware of the package policies No one is forced to purchase anything. I have been a customer of this business for over two years, I brought over multiple people to her and referred her constantlyI was moving to another state but wanted to continue going until I leftI was going to purchase less amount of classes but Milana had told me that I will be able to pass my classes to a friend that comes to Milana thanks to me in the first placeSo I purchased more classes and I was unable to finish them before movingI contacted Milana to proceed with transferring classes to my friend and she declined meShe continued to argue that she never said this and I stupidly never got it in writingI have classes left in a package of and I live in another state and she will not allow me to allocate the classes to someone elseI did not even ask for a refund or for any sort of money, I simply said I would like to proceed with the offer you gave me of being able to transfer my classesThis is absolutely a scheme of someones money and horrible customer service

To Revdex.com: I have a fitness business that I run with policies in effect from day that are always up everywhere,  Signs hanging and websites. Never had any issues with anyone as everyone is clear from day one. All gyms have rules, pretty simple. If you think about it however it would be more profitable for me to have clients buy smaller packages at a time because each class individually is higher in smaller packages. I have tried to be accommodating with an extension for [redacted] and in return I am being called "liar schemer and thief" over [redacted] fault for not attending and finishing her classes. I will not entertain this name calling any further. I believe I have stated the obvious. I wish [redacted] the best of luck. Thank you.
