I have been a customer of this business for over two years, I brought over multiple people to her and referred her constantlyI was moving to another state but wanted to continue going until I leftI was going to purchase less amount of classes but Milana had told me that I will be able to pass my classes to a friend that comes to Milana thanks to me in the first placeSo I purchased more classes and I was unable to finish them before movingI contacted Milana to proceed with transferring classes to my friend and she declined meShe continued to argue that she never said this and I stupidly never got it in writingI have classes left in a package of and I live in another state and she will not allow me to allocate the classes to someone elseI did not even ask for a refund or for any sort of money, I simply said I would like to proceed with the offer you gave me of being able to transfer my classesThis is absolutely a scheme of someones money and horrible customer service
