From: Dr Mark [redacted] L [redacted] < [redacted] @***.net>Date: Wed, Jun 14, at 2:PMSubject: complaint ID# [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgDear [redacted] ***This is in reference to ID# [redacted] Customer [redacted] She has complained of service issuesI have explained the program to her extensively as she attended an event we hadI sat with her one on one in front of two Technicians at that time AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING THE INCH LOSS program to her so she understand it fully and answered any questions she might have hadThe Technicians were there to listen to my full explanation of the program to her and how it worksBoth programs [redacted] inch loss from Body By Sage and the weight loss program from my office which is not Body By Sage but a different business entity which I explained that to her as well in detail.Both Programs were tried and produced results in the past with other clients, including myselfI would not recommend a program to anyone unless it's tried and trueBy ***'s weight loss diary that I told her that she needed to bring to me every week to supervise her,which she did not so I can monitor her, show by her entries she lost weight in the for of pounds in days.The following happened as I explained to you on the phone:The Technician referred two friends and became friends with the clients she did not know and one of those clients was [redacted] who came from an ad I ran in a local magazine bookletThere were clients in all that this Technician servicedBefore servicing these client they had to sit with me to get medical clearance and fill out a form which was a medical history form and agree to my no refund policy page which the clients read initial and signed in agreement with my no refund policy once the first treatment beganIncluded with that paper work was also the sheet which shows measurements of each client on each date of service to to show inch lossThe paper work regarding all of the clients this Technician serviced went missing one week prior to the complaint started.We searched entire office area for two days, messaging the Technician back and forth questioning her what happened to all the documented paper work ,she claimed that the paper work supposed to be in the folder , but the paper work was not there as she stated , and none of the paper work was foundThe ONLY paper work found in the folder was from til October .In week of June 6th, I received phone calls from all of the clients, on my private cell, which I never give to any of the clients, from Body by sage, the only person that had access to that number was the technicianSome of the clients completed the treatment , months ago, and never complained about their inch loss, until months later With out having all the paper work that all the clients approve and sign before treatment commences ,and to prove my innocence, and enforce, the No refund policy, I was threatened and forced to refund the clientThe client, [redacted] was refunded with check number in the amount of $1,and check #for the amount of $I received numerous phone calls, messages, all stating that I was running a scam, that the machine was broke since 2014, that if they will get refunds,that has to be cash, because they were told by someone that the checks will bounce!!! Nothing but lies to denigrate and embarrassed me and my business! On Thursday , June the 8th I had the Laser machine sent to Florida for my own peace of mind to have it inspected by The certified [redacted] Laser service, The Technician called and reported nothing was wrong with the machine an report came back , and the laser machine was in great working order, as stated by the report(report copy attached)I feel that this a case of Slander and threats against me and my business.I'm afraid that this client and the technician will refer future clients and tell them that after the treatment they can get their money back.A complaint with the police will be filed regarding the missing paper work and an Attorney consulted.Sincerely Yours,DrMark ** L [redacted]

that complaint yesterday I spoke with someone formerly employed in Body By Sage who had been in direct contact with the company in England that manufactures the [redacted] Laser. She was told I should not have been on the Trim Kit program.  This former employee that I spoke with also knew that not only did the Dr. know, but also the other employee who encouraged the purchase of this product, unquestionably knew I should not have been taking the product while I was receiving the laser treatment. This conversation brought more strongly to me that there was deliberate fraud and malpractice involved and I additionally wish to recover the cost to me of the diet program which was $599.00 purchased by credit card in addition to the cost of the laser program.
