Dear Revdex.comRepresentative,Ms*** came in on May 21, on her ownShe sat down withus to do her consultation and decided to purchase the program of her own freewillShe was given a contract that clearly states there are no refunds given.She signed this contract, again,
on her ownShe then willingly gave us hercredit card to run and signed the receipt, when again, it is clearly statedthat "NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL".Ms*** came into the office on Friday, June 6, and askedfor a refundShe was again informed at that time that there are no refunds, asstated in her contractHer appointments were to begin on Monday June 9, 2014.She chose not to come in and use those sessions that she signed up for andscheduledMs*** was even offered the opportunity to reschedule hersessions at no chargeThe office normally charges a $rescheduling fee forEACH missed or rescheduled session.Ms*** states that she didn't know that she couldn't cancelthe programIt is very clear on her credit card receipt, her contract and isposted in the waiting room of the office that there are no refunds.Ms*** is also accusing us of stealing her money which isabsolutely not trueShe willingly came into our office, signed up for theprogram, gave us her credit card and permission to run itShe also willinglysigned a valid contractAt no point was she forced to come into the office,purchase anything, or sign a contract.Enclosed are signed copies of the contact, refund policy and hercredit card slipThis case is now closed

Stephanie *** came in toour office on June 20, 2013, on her own (months ago)She sat down with usto do her consultation and decided to purchase the program of her own freewillShe was given a contract that clearly states there are no refunds givenand
that the program must be used within a month time period from the date ofpurchase or it will be forfeitedShe signed this contract, again on her own,and scheduled her sessions to begin on August 26, 2013.We were contacted by Ms.*** in early August of 2013, at which time she stated that she would not beable to start her appointments when scheduled due to a medical emergencyAsour contract states, there is a $rescheduling fee for all appointments thatare missed and need to be rescheduledAt that time, we willingly worked withher and agreed to not charge her the rescheduling fees.We were then contacted inOctober of by Ms*** requesting a refundShe was told that we do notoffer refunds (per our contact which she signed)We would however work withher again by offering her an additional months to use her sessionsHersessions then needed to be used by June of 2014.We were once againcontacted by Ms*** on March 12, requesting a refundNo refund wasgiven because we do not offer refunds.Ms*** did not use her sessions by June 20, At that pointher sessions were considered forfeited and her file was closed.We willingly worked with Ms*** by bothwaiving rescheduling fees which totaled $600, and offering an additional 6months to use her sessionsThis case has been closed since June of 2014.Enclosed are signed copies of the contract, refund policy andreceiptIf you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me.Thank you

I reviewed the attached letter. I agree that I did have a medical emergency and they did agree to not charge me for rescheduling. I was never told verbally or in writing about them giving me 6 months to use the package. I was told that it was no problem and they understood. I was told the would work with me and whenever I was ready to schedule to let them know. I have had several setbacks and I called and talked to [redacted] several times asking for a refund. She told me they wouldn't do that. Not once during the conversations that we had was I told that I needed to use these within 6 months. I would like to use my package now or get a refund.
