We just changed over to this security companyThey came and upgraded our system which was not an easy task! The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeableThe installer did a great job and even came back after hours (8:30pm) to explain how to operate and set up my phone app! We are very pleased! Would highly recommend!!

We were looking into an alarm system for our new home years agoMy hubs is getting out of the military soonWe called their comany they go threwThey told me I was in a YEAR contract!!! You would think the guy who came over would have said it's a year contractNopeI will never tell anyone to get an alarm system thres taylored control systemsWorst alarm company ever
My experience with Taylored Control System has been very positive. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The Technicians in my home were dressed professionally and knowledgeable about the alarm products that they were installing. When I had a service request, they found a way to make it to my home on the same day of the request. Make sure to do your homework when making a decision for alarm monitoring because there are some shady companies out there that will tell you anything. Tailored Control Systems stood behind their word and my husband and I have been very happy.
I'd like to say that I recently contacted TCS to equipped my house with security equipment. A service representative named Nate came to my house and explained TCS equipment and how everything worked. He was extremely professional and straight forward. Also, Nate was very polite and answered all of my questions I threw at him. After talking with Nate for about 30 minutes to an hour I decided to sign on with TCS because they have amazing rates and efficient prices. Not only were the affordable the customer service and the representatives they have working for them are amazing and do phenomenal jobs. Two days later the actual tech came out his name was Adam and installed my equipment. Adam did an outstanding job installing the new equipment and showing me how everything worked. He was very professional and polite. He cleaned up all of his mess and even told me if I have anymore questions I could give him a call and he would be more than happy to help me out. These two amazing men working for TCS have definitely gone above and beyond for this company and gained an extremely satisfied customer!
