Body Complete RX

I placed an order with the company Body CompleteRX on 02/20/2020, and I personally picked for priority shipping which cost an extra $15. The order products were NOT on back order at all (and it did not at all specify on the site that that it was on back order). I reached out to the company on 02/24/2020 to ask for shipping updates as I didn’t receive a tracking number for me to track the status of my order. That is when I was informed that my order was on back order and wasn’t even shipped out yet but it was going to be shipped that day.

I really feel this is TOTALLY unacceptable due to the fact I freakin paid extra money for priority shipping and I didn’t even receive a text or email saying my order was shipped until this morning 02/26/2020, 6 WHOLE DAYS AFTER I ORDERED AND I PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING. I feel this company scammed me into paying extra and sent my order out when they wanted too. All they did to compensate was a discount code of 15% on my next order. What they don’t understand is I will never order from them again due to that morality. I want my $15 back that I paid for priority because I didn’t receive that.

I love these products! Customer Service has been fantastic at answering my questions. The products have always shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition. I love how the social media cites are managed and provide an encouraging environment for its customers to share success stories.

Hello yes, I purchased this product after much contemplation. I researched and followed the company for several months. I purchased the Body Complete RX kit. The program includes two drops formula and a pill supplement. I read all the details of how to take the program and what you should experience in the first 2-3 days. However, it has been two weeks since I stopped taking it and I am just now feeling back to normal. For a week and a half, I experienced dizziness, insomnia, stomach cramps, and fogginess. I finally stopped taking it because I was concerned about my health and consulted with my doctor. I reached out to the company for recourse and to resolve the issue, and their response was that they would only refund my money if I returned unopened items. This is problematic in nature because the only way I would know this product was harmful is that I tried it. I feel this response is counterproductive and unacceptable considering the price point and the claim of the product. This is a larger issue and needs to be addressed.
