Multiple cancellations on his part, not mine. I wanted to do the 90 day challenge and was prepared to work hard. He made it to one session where we did the nutrition/body fat talk and nothing else. Then cancelled the first time due to traffic. I forgave that one. It happens. The second cancellation was again due to time constraints on his side. The final cancellation was so he could go to the race track which at that point I was over it and asked for a refund. He offered instead to do my last two sessions since I had paid for three in cash, initially. I was okay with that but then of course he cancelled again and stated he would refund me. I was good with that but now after a month of waiting for my refund he has stated that he will not refund my money. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
