Review: For over 3 months ,I have contacted business in regards to a refund that was approved to be credited to my acct. Everytime I called they stated it has been approve and allow time for refund. Still to this day the amount of 100.00 has yet to be credited. They either keep me on hold or are very rude when I ask why do I have to call every week in regards to the refund after it has been stated approval for a refund. I ask to speak with the manager Ana D[redacted] numerous of time and yet no call. This has been occurring since August. please all I ask if for my refund that was approved. I have phone records of me calling with how long I've been on the phone asking for a refund. Makes me question is this a legit business.Desired Settlement: To have the amount of 100.00 to be credited to my acct as requested and approved.

Review: At the end of April I contacted this company for a cosmetic procedure and put down a deposit of $700.00. I was sent an invoice showing my deposit had been processed along with email stating "your refundable deposit has been proccesed". On May [redacted] due to change in circumstance I decided to put the procedure on hold and reached out to Body Cosmetica for a refund. First, I send a email no response, so I called and spoke with a representative and after a very invasive conversation I was told once the supervisor was in which would be the following week the monies would be credited to debit card I used when making the deposit. It is now May [redacted] and after numerous calls and broken promises I have yet to receive a refund. I don't know what's going on but it seems to me there is some questionable business practices within this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of deposit

Review: back to 2014 I pay to Body Cosmetic for my surgery ' which I could not be done because my son was sick by the time . I call them to let them know at week before the surgery and what they told me was no to worry that I wont lose my money ' I call several times to be sure there were no expiration date for me to have my surgery and they told me no ' for the past 6month I been trying to contact them and no one answer the phone or reply my emailDesired Settlement: I do not feel safe to put my life in their hands also the doctor who was going to do my surgery he not longer affiliated with them ' he also told me that Body Cosmetic never pay him .

In regards to this complaint, we appreciate the patients frustration. However, we find ourselves in a position where we should not be the responding party. Body Cosmetica is a marketing cooperative on behalf of Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. We answer phones, schedule appointments, and arrange payment from patients to physicians. In this case, the physician received payment. We have no information as to why the physician did not perform services or whether the physician was informed of this patients complaint. Unfortunately, we do not work with this physician no longer.

Review: Hello,I was approved for a medical loan from "United Medical Credit" to have a cosmetic procedure done. The medical loan was approved to have the procedure done, with one of the doctors from Body Cosmetica's network. I was set up for an appointment by Body Cosmetica, in which I had to pay $100 to see the surgeon. I told Tyler, (the Body Cosmetica representative), that I was not signing any documents from "United Medical Credit" until I saw Body Cosmetica's surgeon, because I wanted to do my due diligence. Weeks later, I received an email from " United Medical Credit" that my loan application was cancelled. I let Body Cosmetica know, and asked them for my $100 refund multiple times and through email and I was scammed. I would like my $100 refund, as I did not see the doctor under the Body Cosmetica network, and my medical loan was cancelled.Desired Settlement: Hello,I would like for a refund for the $100 from Body Cosmetica.
