We processed the clients refund weeks agoAs seen per attached receiptI also informed her if she genuinely did not receive it, then she should dispute it via her bankIf I have already processed a refund, I can't also give her cash.Im not sure what further I could do.FI'm am answer, is if the client still has not received the refund that wasmprocessed on Feb 12th, then my best advice is to dispute via her bank as I have no co tell over the processor once the refund request has been made

The refund was initiated immediately when initially requested it. As I attempted to refund it was rejected due to an issue going back on the card. A check was mail on Oct 16th to [redacted] **. The check has not been cashed. The client verified the address to be... correct on 11/9/15. I Will resend a new check for the prorated amount of $290.25

*** ***i have no reason to steal from anyone I have attached my bank account and I am willing to add all the text messages sent This would not let me add anymore All I want is my money returned and I was nice in the beginning but it is now weeks later and still nothing He is lying and I am sure he canceled the return after the screen shot Otherwise I would have received it! The client is correct in that we closed our New Albany location as it was in the best interest of the businessThe client still has an active membership with my company to attendWhile we did close out New Albany location our main location is still open and the client has an active membership
The mileage is about miles to our other location The client also drives to this part of town, only about miles up the street from our main location for her other personal activities on a regular basis, where she works with dogsWhile I do understand it may be an inconvenience for the client, it is still our goal and intention to open a new location near the New Albany location where the client originally joined. This complaint is frivolous. This person has been sent a refund back on February 12, 2018.This client, was also told that she was refunded, I.even sent her a receipt of being refunded.I explained to her, speaking to me like an adult would gain my further assistance to help her in her issues. As...

I had processed he refund.How was I to know if she was a liar or not about receiving a deposit that I obviously processed. I also told her, as you will see via the text attached that if there was an issue the best option would be for her to dispute the transaction with her card company and they would reverse It immediately until it was figured out what the issue was.I also told her to call me the very next day, so I could call the processor myself to see.if I could see what the hold up was.This way, it was not over looked. Instead, all she did was threaten me to sue, call her a try, and make a Revdex.com complaint as she obviously did.I am no longer communicating with this person.I have provided her a receipt for a refund that was completed weeks ago.I also instructed her to dispute with her bank of she truly did not receive it.I.also told her I would NOT give her cash for a refund that I submitted weeks ago.She either overnighted the funds that went into her account, or not sure her intentions.I.told this person how to best fix this issue asap, but instead she acts as if I am not being helpful.The 2 attachments below verify the receipt of refund that she claims she did not receive but also the text message before she made a Revdex.com complaint as If I was not trying to help her.The text message shows I told her to simply dispute with her bank and it would fix it asap in the mean time as we figured out the issue.The ti.e she spent making this complaint she could have had her bank fix it.But negative energy , negative people will draw negativity.I wouldn't expect any less from such a person
