I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and appreciate the resolution offered by the company. I did make numerous attempts to contact any and all customer service representatives and not just the one that no longer works for the company (I'm assuming BodyFX is referring to ***, who had made the initial call to me). I'm thankful that it finally made it to someone that was willing to help me with this matter and will watch my credit card to make sure the charges have been stopped, if they have, I will consider this complaint resolved

in contact with a representative that was no longer working with us. Once the issue surfaced to another representative, the credit was issued and the customer was satisfied. Her account has been closed, a credit was issued and she received the product free of charge for the inconvenience.
Review: On January 7th, 2014 I ordered a product, JNL Fusion, from Body FX's site. I used their payment plan for the product and the order confirmation screen showed a delivery estimate of no more than 2 weeks. I was charged an initial payment, plus shipping which totaled $40.03. After the delivery time had passed I emailed to cancel. This email was sent on 1/22, no reply was received. I sent another on 1/27, to [email protected], no reply. I decided to take it up with my credit card company on 1/28. My credit card company said they would handle it, so I discontinued attempts to contact BodyFX. Still had not received a reply or the product I'd ordered. On February 7th, 2014 I received an email from BodyFX attempting to charge my credit card. Credit card company had placed a block while dispute was being handled. I phoned BodyFX at 1-800-868-9566, again attempting to cancel this order, left message. I also found a trouble/contact form on their site and submitted that as well.2/24: A message from [redacted] at BodyFX stating they were sorry for their error and another product would be shipped out immediately at NO CHARGE and they would not fight the credit card dispute so my money should be returned to me. Left no return number2/25: Another email from BodyFX trying to process another payment2/26: Email received stating package was on it's way3/1: Package received3/3: Email from customer service offering to let me keep the package for 30% off the original price3/5: Emailed and left message at 888-244-9952 trying to get in contact with [redacted] about miscommunication3/6: Another message and email. Customer service representative states [redacted]'s offer is now the 30%, even though recording of [redacted]'s original offer is still on my phone.3/10: Another phone call to 1-800-868-9566, message left3/25: Credit card resolved issue3/26: Another email from BodyFX attempting to charge my credit card again.3/26: Emailed again and phoned, no representatives available. Attempted contact on their FB pageDesired Settlement: I would like to request that BodyFX refrain from trying to charge my credit card for an order that was supposed to be supplied to me at no cost. I would like to request a written confirmation that this issue is resolved from BodyFX and no further communication or charges will be attempted.
