Body Graphics Tattooing

Went in on 6/3/2015 around 530 after speaking to [redacted] ( the apprentice ) via [redacted] , responded to an ad he had for free tattoos he agreed to do one for me .(because I am a starving artist / student myself I planned on paying him either way) Walking into the shop we were not greeted , he was very rude would interrupt me mid sentence while I'm telling him what I want and don't want . the shop was completely empty but took nearly an hour to even get me to sign paper work ! Decided to get a small cross on the back of my neck , was suppose to have words under neath but while putting on my stencil told me because he didn't feel it was symmetrical he wasn't going to do it for me! Only then after paper work after the wait after horrible customer service he then asked me for my I'd (which is an out of state), he then accused it of not being me ran to the back and said "its not worth it we don't take out of state(which I know is false information) because I don't look the same in my I'd photo! I waisted so much time and tried so hard to give this shop a chance it was not worth it at all!Desired SettlementId appreciate if they didn't do this to no one and they make ammends for their poor actions
