We take partial responsibility for the situation and understand why the offer to remedy the situation may not meet your expectations, it is imperative that clients provide feedback throughout the services as suggested prior to beginning any service provided. The current set of guidelines for compensation are supposed to directly reflect satisfaction of services however, these are clearly insufficient standards for this situation. In this regard, the organization failed. Increased training for staff so that it is clearly understood that under every circumstances, opportunities to immediately provide customer feedback throughout the service will improve communication concerns in the future.
