Review: I saw the [redacted] for $129 and I called her to simply ask questions (it took like 5 attempted for the call to even go through) about how long the facial was and she started hassling me over the phone telling me to buy the [redacted] from her directly or else she will charge me an extra $20/25 "tax." But she ended up charging $149 because of the same tax she promised she wouldn't charge. Unfortunately we made the mistake of buying from her directly so now all we can do is share our experience and hope to get a refund of the excess charge. We got there 20 minutes late because of lack of parking, and understandably they did not offer to make up the time although they were not busy at all. Their AC was apparently broken and the rooms were so hot (the ladies didn't speak English or just ignored me, so I wouldn't know for sure). The message was good, and the facial was not. I've had several facials before and sometimes during this facial I felt like the lady was doing nothing when my eyes were covered. The facial did not feel good. Also they left the door open the whole time so it was very noisy and far from relaxing. At the end, they demanded $20 tip per person. My experience was horrible.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $20 she charged me for "tax" that she promised she wouldn't charge if I purchased from her directly instead of through [redacted]. I want a refund of an addition $20 that I was forced to pay for tip. So total of $40 refund requested.

While it is true that our AC been rebuild, but this was building issue, not our spa, and beyond our control. What I would like to do is give you a $50 refund and if you interested one free any one hour service to gain back your business. Thank you.
