Regarding the email in the complaint, there was a genuine misunderstanding regarding who should have been included on a mailing listThe situation was immediately remedied and Ms*** received a follow up
email and phone call within an hour of receiving her complaintShe was apologized to profusely and we did everything we could to make this disgruntled member happy regarding the errorHowever, just because Ms*** does not want to excuse the error, this does not excuse her from her signed membership obligation on the attached membership contract

The Owner, ***, asked if I would like three more classes for only $ I never had any intention of signing up for a membership and was under the impression that it was a one time paymentShe never once explained that this was a membership or that I would be charged on a monthly basis I was never given anything in writing nor did I sign anything Sarah did not explain anything regarding a reoccurring membership I did not give her authorization to charge my debit card $in March
