I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It appears that Body Collision pros is ignorant to the fact that they screwed up my car when fixing it incorrectly. There is something wrong with my trunk and it's not the fact I was in an accident... It's the fact it doesn't perform exactly as it did before, just like a brand new car off the lot should be. I have already taken my car to the same Mazda dealership where I purchased my car and they have already agreed that something is not right. The trunk lid should pop up and Stay up when the trunk button his pushed. The trunk lid Tony put on my car is weighted down as it falls down when opened and does not stay up... Which is what it should do. I'm not upset at the fact my car was damaged... I am upset at the way my car was fixed, which was incorrectly. This shop needs to provide me information with what they did to my car to cut corners and put more money in their pocket!!! They should be held accountable for their shoddy repairs. I have called the shop to complain about this and spoke with someone at the front desk. Also I am still missing items out of the trunk that should be there.

In response to complaint 10#[redacted] made to the Revdex.com by [redacted] I am confident you will review the facts listed and conclude that the complaint is unfounded and only the result of the frustration of being involved in a car accident and having her new car damaged in excess of...
$10,000.00.I have previously provided the Revdex.com as well as the insurance companies involved all parts invoices which correspond to the repair invoice and clearly illustrate only new factory OEM parts were used to repair the [redacted] vehicle. Mrs. [redacted] is not a collision pundit and makes untrue accusations about how the repair was completed. She states her trunk is not the same one she had before the accident. She is absolutely correct! Her damaged trunk was replaced bya new trunk sold to us by [redacted] {Invoice #[redacted]) along with new hinges {Invoice #[redacted]). Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint appears to focus on her trunk not opening and closing the same as her old one. Anytime new trunk hinges are replaced it will take some time for them to break in oran adjustment to them will take care of the issue. Mrs. [redacted] never brought the issue to my attention until I was notified by the Revdex.com six months later. I challenge any collision pundit to examine the repair to Mrs. [redacted]'s car for quality and give an educated opinion. Mrs. [redacted] is welcome to call me directly to resolve the issue or have any documentation made available.
