relay stating that the damage was not in the area issues are and that it is non-related. She had mentioned that the non-start was an issue prior to the accident. She needs to convince her insurance company to cover it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It was never stated that my car did not start before, and I have the documents to prove that I stated to them that the morning I tried to bring my vehicle in that it would not start. It was never a issues before. Furthermore I took my vehicle to another shop and the problem had nothing to do with a faulty relay. This shop needs to take responsibility in the fact that they do not have the proper equipment to diagnose any real problems (as told to me by my insurance) and they need to conduct better business. They rip off their local service man/woman. I would like my refund for paying for a battery that didn't fix my problem.
