I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below It was never stated that my car did not start before, and I have the documents to prove that I stated to them that the morning I tried to bring my vehicle in that it would not startIt was never a issues beforeFurthermore I took my vehicle to another shop and the problem had nothing to do with a faulty relayThis shop needs to take responsibility in the fact that they do not have the proper equipment to diagnose any real problems (as told to me by my insurance) and they need to conduct better businessThey rip off their local service man/womanI would like my refund for paying for a battery that didn't fix my problem Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Bill at business and the following was relayed: The battery tested bad, it was a non-start and needed to be replacedWe then traced the no-start to a faulty fuel pump relayWe gave the consumer the price which she refusedHer insurance company denied the battery and the fuel pump relay stating that the damage was not in the area issues are and that it is non-relatedShe had mentioned that the non-start was an issue prior to the accidentShe needs to convince her insurance company to cover it
