I signed a year membership contract/EFT with Body Reflections (tanning salon) in Fayetteville, Arkansas on 3/23/I was told at signing that it was not on auto renewalI used their services for about or months out of the month contractI received a draft in my checking account 4/04/for $19.15, after the contract expiration dateI called Body Reflections and spoke with a girl named HannahShe stated that even though the year contract was expired, that I still was obligated to pay themShe said that I would have to pay $to cancel the auto draft and that I would have to come cancel in personI asked to speak with a manager and she said he wasn't thereI asked her his name and she said she wasn't allowed to give me that informationI know his name is GaryI asked if she would please have him call me and she said he would notI asked again and she said she would give him my number and we hung upShe called back less than a minute later and said that he had no intentions of talking to me about any of this and that I still had to pay $to cancel and that I would have to pay for next month too because I wasn't giving them days noticeI paid the $fee to have them cancel and was not provided a receipt and I asked for something in writing and she scribbled it out on the back of a piece of paper that it was cancelled but that they will charge me for May I asked her again to have the manager contact me and she said that he won't because he's too busy My contract expired There is nothing in the contract pertaining to a fee to cancel auto debit after contract expires The manager/owner refuses to contact me There was nothing in the contract that says anything about an auto renewal after the year is up Hannah would not provide me with the original paperwork that I signed but gave me a blank copy of their contract I am paying out over $in charges and fees, with no services rendered in exchange, that I don't feel I should owe due to the contract that I signed had expired and there was no mention of auto renewalI know it doesn't seem like a lot of money yet I am incredibly disappointed in the dishonesty, complete lack of customer service and professionalism that you would expect from a business
