Our records indicate the member contacted Body Renew’s Customer Service department via phone on February 24th, 2016 verbally requesting to cancel Personal Training per employment issues....
Once our customer service representative informed the member that the service was in term, a manager was immediately requested, with the member unwilling to continue to speak with the representative. The account was pending to be reviewed within 24 hours by the Customer Service Manager.
The next day the member called back and spoke with the Customer Service Manager regarding the account. Please accept our sincere apology if the member felt our representative was unprofessional. Body Renew highly values professional ism.
During the conversation with the Manager, the manager immediately froze the personal training service as the member expressed their financial hardship. Attached is the member’s personal training agreement. Regular freeze procedures required a 10 day notice and must be done in writing. This procedure was immediately waived for the member without any hesitation.
At this time, Body Renew recognizes your wish to cancel your Personal Training service; however, we unable to cancel this service at this time due to the service still in term. Body Renew offers other options for members; a common option is downgrading a service to reduce the monthly package for an extended term. This may reduce financial stress.
We hope this option will help your situation, if you choose to continue with a downgrade please stop by your local Body Renew within 30 days to have a representative update your service.
