On March 29th we have filed a claim with the United States Postal Service The case was denied as the United States Postal Service records indicate delivery of articles *** *** informed us that she needed a new size and we shipped her the correct size that she requested and provided her with her tracking once it was shipped We have did all that we can to cooperate with *** *** The attachment is a photo showing that the claim we filled with the USPS was denied

We have emailed the customer several times and provided the customer with the tracking number when it was shipped.  The customer stated they never received it so we stated we would then file a claim with the United States Postal Sevice to look into this and they said it was delivered.  We...

shipping costs back to us.  Since this is an online business we offer exchanges to customers as many of our competitors do not offer this.  We try our best to treat each customer the same.  It's not fair for one customer to pay a restocking fee and other does not.  Also, the customer got this product when it was ON SALE and when we have sales we do not even offer exchanges.  With each purchase we send a pamphlet with our exchange policy that states this information as well.  Just like many businesses charge customers restocking fee, we do as well for exchanges.
