Beware....you will get sucked in with many promises! The sales pitch was classic and effective...telling me my labs were completely out of whack....followed with a quick and concise..."Now sign here." Feeling great has no price after all, right?? Little did they inform me of the huge costs of the treatments that were completely unrelated to the $month feethe $fee was for the "concierge" doctor fee All said and done...had I continued, the scrips alone would have cost me over $per month, the frequently repeated labs landed me a bill of $each time they stuck me....and the minute of "concierge doctor" each month was a joke It was a Nurse Practitioner I had a different practitioner each time who barely looked me in the eye and only stared at the computer, no effort was made to get to know me, and all they could say, was "hang in there" and we can keep adjusting the hormones Though my lab values did indicate everything was now within limits...I didn't notice significant change....at least not what they promise....feeling younger, weight loss, increased energy Of course adjusting the hormones meant more scripts and higher bills I asked questions about side affects I had noticed and they completely dismissed my concerns like I was crazy When I (consciously) no showed for the final lab draw and appt (because...who was I kidding...it would have cost me another 100+ in new scripts and $in lab bills)...I was saddened that there was no follow up call to attempt a reschedule So much for concierge...so much for customer service They had their money up front....makes perfect sense why they didn't try to reschedule My contract has now expired and I learned a lesson to not believe what you read I stopped taking everything and other than pre-menopausal PMS symptoms returning....I am no different than I was prior I would not recommend this service to anyone who doesn't have nearly $500/month extra cash laying around

I gained 60 pounds on their program. They put me on weekly testosterone injections, b12 shots, thyroid medicine, and tons of vitamins. I spent over $3000 on their program. I had more energy in the first 3 months, but after that my energy levels went back down. So I did not lose weight and I gained 3 inches on my neck and was bloated. I looked like huge blow fish head. They are manipulating your hormones to lose weight. It doesn't work for everyone. In fact when my testosterone got really high and that in turn raised my estrogen levels they prescribe arimidex to block estrogen. Arimidex is prescribed for women that have breast cancer. Also side effect of high estrogen in men is gynecomastia (Man [redacted]) and that was me. My nickname became man utters. So just beware of some of the things you might have to deal with.
I am now under the care of my physician and losing the weight I have gained and on testosterone cream. Btw, you will never see Dr B. at BSM. You just see inexperience nurse practitioners. This organization is a hugh money maker. Seems like that is all they care about is $ not you as the client/patient.

All said and done...had I continued, the scrips alone would have cost me over $100 per month, the frequently repeated labs landed me a bill of $107 each time they stuck me....and the 15 minute of "concierge doctor" each month was a joke. It was a Nurse Practitioner. Beware of the waiver you sign at the time of your consultation discussing your blood tests. I was overwhelmed that day with information about the blood work and did sign the waiver but did not realize, although I was told that day that the very large quarterly pmt of 900.00 was not refundable. I think with the overload of information I did not absorb that point. I called after I realized the sideeffects from the hormones was not something I was willing to deal with and asked if I could get a portion of that amt. I had paid forward back and was told no they donot issue refunds.
I had already cancelled my next appt. and thought since I was not planning to use the hormones I could at least get something back on the office visits I would not be
coming to. But no refunds..... so be aware of this when you sign the waiver.
They should be ashamed of themselves asking for money before you even come back for the next appt.. I am just glad I did not pay forward for the whole yr which was over 2000.00. VERY EXPENSIVE STUFF....
