This complaint is rediculous & simply not true! All my subs where pay in full! I don't know how this customer expected me to finish the pool when there was scaffulling inside the pool for days because the facing of the foot wall needed to be finished? The home owner owns me $48,! We will finish all work contracted by the end of the month at which time I hope the homeowner pays the bill as agreed? We'll see???

Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated he went to the job site with their electrician to install the new pump & heater and the electrical was not up to code- it was a danger factor.The company stated that the electrician told him what he needed to do and
quoted the consumer a price, the consumer did not agree to do what was needed.The company stated that the consumer called again and wanted him to hook up the pump and he said absolutely not because it wasn't grounded and it was not the proper underground wiring. The company stated they waited for the homeowner to do what he was supposed to do with the electrical, the company has not heard back from the consumer.The company stated the item that was taken was junk and the consumer told the company to remove the old equipment off of the property. The company stated they still has the piece the consumer is talking about and will be glad to return it to him The company stated they will not install until the electrical is brought up to code

Per phone conversation:Contacted Al from the company and he advised that the consumer ordered a custom liner, and that is why the 2500 deposit is not refundable.He advised that in the middle of their arrangement, the consumer changed her mind (and he doesn't know why) and demanded her money back.

We will finish all work contracted by the end of the month at which time I hope the homeowner pays the bill as agreed? We'll see???
