We terminated a physician for cause, we are still in business, and she is more than welcome to get her 20%
discount on anything she wantsThe discount is for products and services, it has never been tied to a specific provider as they are employees and the transaction was made with Body Solutions
We have Dr *** *** not just a nurse practicioner, so the basis of her claim is that she wanted to see a specific Drthe VIP membership is with Body Solutions, Dr *** was an employee, it was not a contract with him, in fact, there is no contract
It was simply a membership discount and it is being honored, we are more than willing to honor it, however, a refund on a membership is not allowed
