The information provided by the client is inaccurate The client was explained all stipulations/requirements prior to her signing the contract associated with our 20LB Week Challenge, in which the client participated in The original contract the client filled out stated that in addition to losing pounds, the client would also need to have less than pounds of fat on his/her body in order to be eligible to receive a full refund if that is the option they wanted to choose If the client still had more than pounds of fat on their body at the end of the weeks, he/she would be required to roll their initial investment into another week challenge, or into a or month membership, until they fell below that pounds of fat on their body number (considered healthy) Please note this is NOT % of body fat, BUT POUNDS of body fat - incorrectly stated by the client At the initial weievent, the client was also reminded of this stipulation, and was presented an addendum to the initial stipulation she had signed off on, giving the client an pound of body fat ADVANTAGE, now making the stipulation easier to achieve, raising the pounds of body fat to now be pounds instead of pounds of body fat As long as the client was at pounds of body fat or under (calculated by taking the client's weight x body fat %), AND had lost the pounds on the scale, they are eligible to receive a refund if they so choose The client was presented this information and was well aware of these stipulations when signing the initial contract and the 1/sheet addendum, and was offered the opportunity to roll her initial investment into another week challenge, or in to a or month membership to allow her to continue her fitness journey until she was under the pounds of body fat The client chose not to choose either option The client is eligible to roll her initial investment into another week challenge or roll her investment into a or month membership If she chooses to do another pound week challenge, loses the pounds on the scale, and also has less than pounds of fat on her body at the end of the challenge, she will then be eligible to receive a check back for her $ I have attached copies of her initial signed contract, as well as the 1/sheet addendum

Client has been refunded their $ A check was written and will be mailed out by Friday, 7/15/(waiting on owner signature) Receipt showing return has been attached

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am continuing to request my refundI believe that the company includes the fat loss pound requirement in the contract in order to keep the participants investment after they have followed every program direction to attain the stated goal, which is a 20-pound weight lossThese are my reasons why: • During the program, the company never provided me, or others, with a copy of the contract, though requested numerous times throughout and after the program• Representatives of the company, when asked about various contract requirements we remembered, said to not worry about them since they no longer held clients to those requirements, including the fat loss requirement and the Weekly Weigh in Tracking App requirement• Parts of the contract seem to be a joke, such as requiring a consistent sense of humor throughout the program• Parts of the contract seem to be questionable, such as members being required to publically post to *** company advertisements and before & after photos which, if submitted by the company itself, would seem to violate *** advertiser policy, especially to *** users under age • The fat loss portion of the contract was never included in the programWe were never given nutrition and exercise advice that, if followed to the letter, would take us down to the required fat poundsInstead, we were told to not worry about it• Company advertisements received before, during, and after the program do not mention fat loss• The email received the week before the end of the program listing all items required to be completed does not mention fat loss at all• The company uses an across-the-board number of pounds of fat to attain instead of the standard terminology of PERCENT of fat to attainHealthy percent fat varies according to sex and age, and the pounds determined by that percent would vary according to height, build, and final weight• No initial sex, age, weight, height, or build consideration is given by the company in determining an achievable POUNDS of fat at the end of the programAccording to the contract the company provided to Revdex.com, pounds (or pounds as their gifted change) must be attained in six weeks without exceeding an additional pound loss (see other contract terms) regardless of the initial condition of the program participant and without any guidance by the company whatsoever (see above)Regards,*** ***

Client has already been contacted via e-mail and issue has been resolved Client was mailed out a check on Friday, 3/ Client should receive refund in mail by Monday, 3/pending no delays in the USPS I've attached a picture of our dated conversation

The information provided by the client is inaccurate.  The client was explained all stipulations/requirements prior to her signing the contract associated with our 20LB 6 Week Challenge, in which the client participated in.  The original contract the client filled out stated that in...

addition to losing 20 pounds, the client would also need to have less than 42 pounds of fat on his/her body in order to be eligible to receive a full refund if that is the option they wanted to choose.  If the client still had more than 42 pounds of fat on their body at the end of the 6 weeks, he/she would be required to roll their initial investment into another 6 week challenge, or into a 6 or 12 month membership, until they fell below that 42 pounds of fat on their body number (considered healthy).  Please note this is NOT % of body fat, BUT POUNDS of body fat - incorrectly stated by the client.  At the initial weigh-in event, the client was also reminded of this stipulation, and was presented an addendum to the initial stipulation she had signed off on, giving the client an 8 pound of body fat ADVANTAGE, now making the stipulation easier to achieve, raising the pounds of body fat to now be 50 pounds instead of 42 pounds of body fat.  As long as the client was at 50 pounds of body fat or under (calculated by taking the client's weight x body fat %), AND had lost the 20 pounds on the scale, they are eligible to receive a refund if they so choose.  The client was presented this information and was well aware of these stipulations when signing the initial contract and the 1/2 sheet addendum, and was offered the opportunity to roll her initial investment into another 6 week challenge, or in to a 6 or 12 month membership to allow her to continue her fitness journey until she was under the 50 pounds of body fat.  The client chose not to choose either option.  The client is eligible to roll her initial investment into another 6 week challenge or roll her investment into a 6 or 12 month membership.  If she chooses to do another 20 pound 6 week challenge, loses the 20 pounds on the scale, and also has less than 50 pounds of fat on her body at the end of the challenge, she will then be eligible to receive a check back for her $599.00.  I have attached copies of her initial signed contract, as well as the 1/2 sheet addendum.

Client has been refunded their $200.  A check was written and will be mailed out by Friday, 7/15/16 (waiting on owner signature).  Receipt showing return has been attached.
