Scam! Charged 8 days after I ordered for $94.90 twice on my card.
Ordered on 5/17/2020 for a 14 day trial of their supplements. 8th day of having the pills was charged the full amount. Hours later I finally go someone to answer their phone, 70 % was the most they would refund me. I have been told I cannot send the pills back to the company or receive my full funds back.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to acknowledge the fraudulent claims of giving a 14 day trial and an apology for the hours I had to spend on the phone and emails to even contact someone.

I do not accept this. I still had to pay for this, they did refund 70% but would not refund the remaining. A 14 day trial means I get to TRY the product for 14 days before I get charged . I know why they charge before the trial period is over, the product does not work. This is a scam to get people's money. The company had not apologized, offered the remaining balance of the amount they charged. I was on the phone for hours attempting to get this resolved. This is fraud. It is designed to con people of out of their money.

After being falsely advertised as a "Shark Tank" Keto product,
I signed up for a 1 month sample with shipping and handling trail.

After Receiving the product I found it useless.
I was given a 30 day sample for shipping and handling and 15 days to try and cancel if not satisfied.
Having ordered the product on 05/14/2020 I didn't received the product till May 20th, 2020 I was charged 2 invoices of 94.90 before I could perform my 15 days of trial.
They did cancel my future subscription however refuse to cancel my pending order.
How can Revdex.com knowing that they falsely claim that they are backed by Shark Tank and not participate in the jailing of these thief's.
BTW, the equivalent product cost $17.

Cancellation of any further invoices. Immediate cancellation of Pending Debit.

This company did not properly explain that I had to cancel my trial subscription
This company continued to ship me the product, when I did not want this. I did not sign up for it to continue and even when my debit card expired they continued to charge my new debit card and somehow got my new information. I have not used the product and I have asked to return the product and asked for a refund and they refuse

I am Seeking a full refund of all charges. It is ridiculous how much the product costs, and they continued to ship without my consent, and stole my new debit card information

While I appreciate the company's attempt to rectify and refunding me 3 half months supply. they charged me more than $ 600, I feel that the company could not have gotten my new credit card with new expiration or security code without my consent. The only way they got this information was by hacking into my account and getting my new information. I never called to update it. I somehow got shipments containing 2 bottles and then it went to one bottle. I felt once my credit card expired it would go away,charging $200 then $100. I want other people to be aware they make it extremely hard to cancel the subscription by not having a website to actively cancel. I had no idea where to go to. I don't want this to happen to anyone else

While we normally do not provide refunds this far back, we have been able to provide a total of 6 months of refunds back to our customer.

Our terms and conditions states that customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.

Asking for a refund
I ordered a free bottle of keto capsules and looked for any hidden fees. I did nor find anywhere that said in 14 days I would be charged almost $100. Not only that a colon cleans popped up and I could not find how to get away from that without getting a free bottle of it also, for $5 postage fee. I closed out but had already entered my card number. I got a receipt for both bottles. I did not authorize paying for the colon cleans either which is almost $100. I went back and found the add that I ordered from and found a 30 day money back guarantee. They do not honor that add cause it is not their website. But I ordered from that add and they charged me for it. If it's not their website then they should not get to charge me if they can not refund

I just want to be refunded for the bottles of keto and cleans. I can return the unused bottle of keto and the unopened bottle of cleans

This is a facebook advertisement scam. They post no information other than a trial which requires only shipping be paid.
This company does not disclose the information that shows they will charge you almost 200 dollars after 30 days. You initially pay for shipping. They have multiple sites with similar names. Spartanbodyketo.com is the scam site that does not have the information. Spartan-bpdy.com is the one the customer service gives you that has the information on it. I only know the other site because I decided to do research. DO NOT TAKE THE PILLS they are not FDA approved and are potentially dangerous.

They have claimed to issue a refund for the product but as ive read other reviews on here that they do not issue the refund. I would like to insure that it is issued before I close out this complaint.

Received a free trail and then card was charged with no consent. There is nothing listed about charges on the website after a two week period.
I was advised to obtain a return authorization by a legal team after a two week trial turned into a credit card charge. There is no written clause on the website that informs clients of a charge after a two week period. I have emailed the company to no avail. When I do the response is that I have to return the product with a return authorization from customer service and a phone number. I have been calling multiple times daily and have not been able to get anyone to answer. My multiple emails are now going unanswered.

Refuses to refund money even with cancellation. No number on paperwork to cancel. Had to get it through my bank.
Ordered on 2-8. Received a few days later. Paperwork had no phone number whatsoever to call. Also did not state you had 14 days to cancel. Had to go through my bank to even find their phone number in order to call them. I called and all they tried to do was push their product on me by offering discounts and by monthly shipments instead of monthly. They did that three times after I told the lady I wanted to cancel it. She was rude and quite frankly I think she thought I was going to be stupid enough to say sure keep sending it to me anyway. According to me I still had a couple of days to cancel it but they jumped the gun and sent the charges through my bank early.

I want a refund but I also want them to have to put paperwork in their packages that says it is a 14 day trial and how to cancel it. There was no information in my package to contact them.

Unauthorized charges from this business
I saw an ad for this company on Instagram offering a couple different health products. The trial stated simply pay shipping and then you have a trial. I should have known this was not good when they failed to even send a confirmation email, my products randomly showed up. There was absolutely nothing included that discussed how the trial period works or how to cancel. After 10 days I received two charges for $94.97 and $89.97. I called their customer support who stated that the trial would charge for that? Nothing was ever mentioned of this. I asked for a full refund at which point they fought me and first said they would do 25%, then 50% and then 75%. Finally they agreed to refund my order after threatening to bring my bank into the issue and report them to Revdex.com. I asked for a confirmation email to be send for this, none was received. I called them again today and a new rep claims they mail the check? That is complete BS considering the first said it would be in my account in 3 days. At this point I have zero confidence that this will happen and want to bring this to Revdex.com. I believe this company is a fraud and secondly I believe Instagram needs to face a lawsuit in regards to allowing companies like this advertise. I would like a representative to call me ASAP to discuss next steps in potentially filing a suit against this company.

I was never disclosed of cancelling my membership after 14 days. All I was suppose to pay was shipping and handling. They lied.
I tried calling customer services and was treated like the customers dont matter. They gave me only half my money back and I'm still out $100. And especially when I have 2 kids to feed. Made a 1 time purchase online of two products (order #XXXXXXX and #XXXXXXX.) Email confirmation (for $4.95 and $5.95) included no terms and called it 'trial'. Received one time purchase of product. Was then charged 2x for subscription ($90 and $80) I did not agree to and did not receive product for. Searched my email for contract and was never sent one, which company later confirmed stating "it pops up when you buy it, we don't have to send it." Requested refund and agent denied, stating she could cancel it after 60 days (which would result in more fees). Insisted she cancel today, and she complied but said "it is not returnable or refundable." Asked to speak to manager who agreed to refund on 50% of the subscriptions.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for a refund of the remaining 50% of the subscriptions I did not willingly agree to. On confirmation XXXXXXX it will be $47.48 and on confirmation XXXXXXX it will be $44.98.

I was lead to believe this was a trial only. MY account was charged extra after 14 days and they will not provide a refund.
I made a purchase on December 29, 2018 of a 30 day trial of "Keto advanced boost formula", order #XXXXXXX, for $5.97. As I was checking out, it also added "rapid cleanse: cleanse and detox formula", order #XXXXXXX, for an extra $4.97. It did not give me an option to refuse this add on but essentially I was ok with it. I received both products and there was no information in the received package about there only being 14 days to cancel "trial offer". It was stated on the page I ordered from as if when you completed the order for the 30 bottle that was the "trial" and you could order more later if you were satisfied. On January 13, 2019 my account was flagged with fraudulent charges and my debit card was put on hold. They had put through 2 separate charges. 94.97 89.97 was blocked by my bank, but 94.97 was allowed to go through. I contacted the company twice about a refund as it was not something I signed up for to keep being charged. They refused my refund. I offered to return the product since I have no yet opened either bottle. They informed me there is nothing they can do once the bottles ship from the warehouse they cannot accept returns and they do not do refunds. all I want is my money back. I still have no opened the products and am still willing to send them back.

False Advertising of Free Trial Product for $4.97
I ordered the Keto Advanced Boost Formula Free Bottle for $4.97 shipping/handling on 12/12/2018. 1/4/2019 my checking account was debited $94.97. I contacted the number listed on my bank statement. The customer service representative stated that this was a 14 day trial and the $4.97 was for shipping and handling and on the 15th day if I had not called to cancel then I would be charged for the product that had been sent. I informed her the product was unopened, had not been used, and would be returned, and asked for a full refund. She stated that they would not take the product back and I was responsible for the amount, there would be no refunds. I asked to speak to a manager and she would not allow that, stating that managers were bound to the same information. She offered a 35% discount on all future orders/shipments. I told her I did not want anything being sent to my address and had not signed up for anything to be canceled. I requested an email be sent stating that no further charges or items would be sent to my address. Again, I asked for a full refund stating that it was a "free" bottle that somehow cost me $94.97 plus $4.97 shipping. She said she would not go back and forth with me and to look on the website at the fine print. I have sent an email to the customer service support center at [email protected] requesting a full refund and cancellation of any so-called membership along with a RMA number to return the product (email sent 1/4/2019 at 5:17 pm). This site is a scam to lure people into thinking they are receiving a free bottle and then sticking them with an overpriced item that was not signed up for. The customer service representative was very antagonistic and defensive, and eventually hung up the phone on me with no resolution.

This business is a scam. I asked for a total refund they claim there was a refund disclaimer but it's not true.

On 5-20-18 I was on FaceBook. An ad popped up touting this company's product, and said it was backed by Shark Tank. I followed the link to their site, reviewed it VERY carefully. I was led to believe that I would be charged a MAXIMUM of $4.95 for two trial bottles of the product. I placed the order, the product arrived within a few days. I did not receive any further correspondence from this company, and no one contacted me by telephone to authorize any additional debits to my card.
on 6-4-18 at 2:24:09 am, my card company emailed me to question a charge of $94.95 that appeared to be fraudulent. It was billed by this company. When I saw the email the afternoon of 6-4, I immediately called 877-928-3490 and spoke with a lady who agreed to cancel any further charges. I requested a cancellation confirmation in writing. She sent me the following, unsigned:

While on the phone, I also explained to her that I had NOT authorized any charges to my card other than $4.95. She refused to credit the full $94.95 back to my card, but did agree to credit me only $20, meaning I would still be liable for $74.75 in unauthorized charges. I told her this was a complete scam and they are thieves. There was NOTHING noted on their web site stating any further fees would be billed.
I am going to contact classaction.org to discuss the possibility of a class action lawsuit against Body Spartan, as well as the Florida Attorney General's office regarding the unethical business practices of this company. Hopefully, action will be taken against them. I'm sure, based on other comments here, that this is happening with everyone who gives them their credit card number. Ludicrous.
