appreciate the customers feedback. When we originally spoke to her we explained the bikes are maintenance more than she anticipated them to be. We have 3 styles of bikes that all function different to the riders preference.
We decided the best way to eliminate the mentioned problem was to get a different type of bike which have an estimated arrival of 3 weeks.

Review: The spinning bikes are NOT maintained and can be a safety hazard. Many of the bikes "skip" when in standing position. If a chain on the bike comes off, there is a risk of the rider falling on the handle bars. This complaint has been filed also with the [redacted]. He claims they "look" at the bikes weekly. Looking will not reveal issues with the safety and quality of the ride. He also claimed quarterly maintenance. Given the frequency of use and the poor condition of the bikes, weekly is probably more appropriate.Desired Settlement: Fix the bikes and then keep them in good repair on at least a bi-weekly basis.
