Review: I was told that the body therapy pad heated at just a click of the button and that it was guaranteed for life, just but it in the fridge for cold. I was never told it had to be boiled between each use or that there was no refunds, when I read on the back of the box when I got home that you couldn't just click for instant heat but that it had to be boiled to return it to gel before it could be used, I took it back to the display set up in Valley View Mall in Roanoke Va the next day. I was told that there were no refunds and was told by the young girl that she was the manager I ask if there was someone else in the company that I could contact about getting my money back. I was told their was an email address and a phone number on the business card, the email address doesn't work and the phone number was a residence phone, the man that answered said he was the manager and that he could not return my money. The information I received on Saturday the 14th was incorrect and she deliberately deceived me, please help me in getting my $84.24 back as I would never have purchased this merchandise if I had known the truth about it. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Would like my $84.24 returned to me and I will return the merchandise. Would also like them not to deceive anyone else.

Our kiosk, body therapy has been in Valley View Mall Roanoke for 2 years and provided hundreds of products to our customers. On our kiosk, we display the biggest "No refunds, exchance only" sign right on top of the register that is clearly visable from 20 feet away. We also have two little signs on each side of the kiosk displaying the same company policy. Using the heating pad is very simple. You click the little disk in the liquid, it generates heat for hours, you starilize and reset it by placing in boiling water for 6-8 minutes and click it again to use it again. Repeat the process indefinately. Our products come with lifetime warranty which covers any damage, misusage and everything else imaginable. They will be replaced at the spot without any questions asked. We pay extra attention training our employees to explain how simple it is to use our products. It is as simple as making a cup of coffee in the morning.

As you may see, policy sign is clearly visible. We also have 2 large size electronic pots that are used to reset our heating pads. They are located next to the register.

As you can see in the picture the sign is in the front of the display, the pads are on the left side away from the sign, I did not see the sign, the girl talked to me on the left side of the display and I was not told they had to be boiled or that there was a no return policy. When ask how you changed them after using them I was told to refrigerate them and I thought after cooling them they would be ready to reheat. I was offered a tines unit in place of the pads I bought, I thought you needed a prescription from a doctor for this.

Review: Purchased a product from this company in Valley View Mall, Roanoke, VA called Body Therapy and used for Targeted Pain Relief. Got opened and proceeded to use this product and it does not work. Called the phone no. on the card the seller gave me, after many calls he finally answered. He refused to say who we was, finally after much persistence got him to talk to me. He said he would not refund my purchase. I do not want another one if his product does not work and also I live 2 hours from this mall. There is nothing on the receipt that says all sales are final. Also, I can not find anything on this company with the Revdex.com. I paid $168.05 for a product that does not work. I also purchased a heating pad for $52.52 that I would like to return for fear that this will go out to and they will not make good on.Desired Settlement: 10 Days from your investigation.
