I am rejecting this response because: Typical corporate greed from Body Exchange CongratulationsGood luck on staying in business as the word will spread about your company in BakersfieldIt has still been my pleasure serving this great countryMy selflessness service allows corporations like Body Exchange to take advantage of the average tax paying citizen like myself, but it’s life in the United States and I have accepted it

RevDex.com:I am the one who personal got involved with the refund partition by contacting the fraud department at my bank institution. This business's did nothing for me in regards to issueing me a written responds into my castle resolution of my case or reasoning as to why I was not allowed into the gym after they say I signed and was billed and showed reference to ther workers or manager. I also asked for ducumebtation as to why I was not allowed paperwork osaging my account was closed from the place of business where my banking and debt card information is present they would not allow me to close the account that day. I also was never contact with the results and or findings as to my aligarions of identity theft and someone wheeling money out of my account. I was not issued a refund from the company I was denied a refund and then not made aware of the full end of my complaints against body exchange and it's poorest managers. Who rolled there eyes at me and argued with me just for showing up to a gym I was paying to attend asking why I was not allowed in the gym and why my account that I asked to be closed because I was not allowed access into the gym by gym management. After the date I asked for my account to be closed Money was still being taken out of my account. I am sure that is a felony in most states. I also was denied a refund from the company when I bought up there horrible business practices to there corporate offfice. They denied my refund and offered me no written responds into my case and they say I signed why was my account then not cut off after I asked for it t be for three months from various employees and managers at body exchange. I was not issued a refund until I contact Chase bank and had there fraud division investigate the account becoming a. This place as inept I want to make formal complaints about the business practitices here againsi want to complain again about the employees and horrible managers and I want to complain again about the corporate office not looking into the matter more Theron and firing someone for scheming money out of my account for the holidays and never settling to Crete [redacted] Walton Ana coins instead I was never given permission to create a gym memebership I was never a gym memebership yet they took money out of my account the good part of six months. I want employees fired from there positions and an a true ethics investigation into the company all 20/20 style because this place is fraught with bad management and the company yelled at me and did not issue me a n immediatel refund u Gil I contacted the better business bearuea. Thank you for your time and goodnight. If I never had account create and never a memeber why take money out my account whether I signed or not signed. I seriously want somebody brought up on criminal feud chargers and fired from there position and I want body Exchange to be fully investigated by the work and ethics board this has been a complete disaster from the start and destroyed my holiday cheer festive and season and there should be repercussions for there actions since the place is a health and service department. I was not helped or serve righetously inn any way. I am sure this is not and will not be the last conplaont against this buisness. Mr [redacted] enrolled on 10/4/- We will provide a signed copy of his membership agreement if requested from Revdex.comThe cancellation terms of the membership clearly state that a member must provide a day notice prior to the billing date to cancel the next payment dueOn 12/22/Mr [redacted] called our corporate office at that time we reiterated the cancellation terms of his membership, specifically the day notice requirement as well as the request needed to be in writingWe received a cancelation request from Mr [redacted] postmarked 12/26/ This is within the day notice requirement for the monthly dues of 1/4/as well as the yearly fee due on 1/6/We feel it's unfortunate that Mr [redacted] didn't provide enough notice to cancel with a proper day notice, however we feel our cancellation policy is both fair and transparentTherefore a refund is not in orderThe membership has been cancelled, due to the letter we received and no further payments are due

I feel physically and emotionally uncomfortable walking into that gym, I shouldn't be penalized for bad serviceI would like to cancel my membership based on the fact I wanted to cancel within the 5day period but was not in a mental state to do soI called out sick from work on that Monday because I was upset with the service providedBecause of my low self esteem I didn't contact the gym until it was too lateBased on toll the business put me through I should be able to cancelI get anxiety thinking about stepping one foot into that gymI've only been in that gym once, where the gym can atest tooI've never felt so bad about my self after this gym experience

On 11/18/*** - contacted our corporate office to inform us of the duplicate membership accountPer her request we cancelled membership *** on 11/18/17.
