funds transfer and that Body Xchange uses ABC Financial Services Inc as it's billing company. Mr. [redacted] made payments for his membership consistently through ABC Financial from 11/28/12 - 2/28/13. On 3/28/13 Mr. [redacted]'s account became delinquent due to his credit card being declined. ABC Financial - contacted Mr. [redacted] via phone, email, mailed late payment letters from 3/29/13 - 4/17/13 at which time Mr. [redacted] spoke to ABC Financial by phone on 4/17/13 and made a payment over the phone and authorized ABC Financial to update his billing source to his new credit card. Again on 4/28/15 Mr. [redacted]'s account became delinquent due to his credit card being declined. ABC Financial attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] via, phone, email, mailed letters from 4/29/15 - 7/16/15 and was unsuccessful at reaching him. The balance owed on Mr. [redacted]'s account became 4 months past due plus late fees in the amount of 138.46. At this time the account was turned over to Seas and Associates LLC for further collection efforts. Seas contacted Mr. [redacted] using the same phone number on file that had previously been called by ABC Financial. They informed him of his balance due of 138.46. Mr. [redacted] negotiated a settlement amount with Seas and Assoc. in the amount of 96.92, resulting in a discount of his past due balance of 41.54. It is entirely Mr [redacted]'s responsibility to see that his account payments are made in a timely manner. We went through the same process with him on two occasions attempting to collect on past due balance. We have no control over which calls, emails, letters, Mr. [redacted] decides he will answer or read. I have records of Mr. [redacted]'s signed membership agreement and all notes and records with each call, email, and letters mailed to him in good-faith to resolve his billing issues.
Please provide me with an email address to which I can send supporting documentation for this case.

At this time Mr. [redacted]'s membership is terminated and he has made a payment to our Collections company Seas and Associates in the amount of 96.92. We consider this matter closed.

On 4/17/15 I informed ABC, agent for Body Xchange, that the credit card company issued a new card as they had a security breach and I authorized the new card for payment of the monthly dues.
Now Body Xchange states that the new card was declined on 4/28/15. The card is in good standing and is utilized daily. I was never contacted by Body Xchange or ABC Financial, as agent for Body Xchange, by phone, email or US mail. I researched my email data base and there are no emails from ABC nor Body Xchange. I do recall some robo calls from a "XXX, LLC", without specifics nor mention of Body Xchange.
I have no control over Body Xchange or their agents not properly setting up the new authorized credit card in their system.
It is interesting that the day the account was assigned to Seas, they called me and I resolved the past due amount during that same call.
Please reimburse the late fees.
