Ordered 9/1/and paid by check for $for the Clear Cast Antenna It was received 10/7/Tried and it did not work

Review: Three months ago I had ordered a training manual and certify. I had sent a money order in the sum of $99.95 for both. [redacted] had told me that the manual was on back order. Now that [redacted] then told me that he going to refund my money. I still have not received any thing yet.[redacted] is not returning any of my email or any of my phone calls. I want the manual and the certify that I had paid for or I want to be refunded. I will never do business or refer any one to this business again. This person purchased our training manual which was offered on an advance order or pre-sale only. We have several email communications explaining this BEFORE and after the purchase, and would be HAPPY to share those with the Revdex.com. We have been in contact this week, namely 5/15/13 explaining that we will be giving him a full refund on the week of 5/20. His last email to us, was yesterday stating the following -

Review: On Nov 6, 2012 I ordered a manual that they offered for $80. They recieved my payment in full at time of purchase via credit card. ($80). I have yet to receive the manual. I have contacted them several times. By phone. By email. I have received one text message and one of 3 phone calls were answered all with the same message, that there were having trouble with the new manual and are back ordered. My emails were met with only one answer with the same message. But that the manual was finished and they were attempting to fill the orders this was on June 19. 2013. Since then I have sent emails requesting a status of when my manual will be sent. The last request was sent Aug 3 2013 and still no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the manual to be sent to me. or at least a refund.

Review: I was billed for Training Program, that I have not recieved, Dates are changing to the point I cannot make it and now due to a Medical restriction I can not do many activites, I explained that. Also, unable to get refund although I was never told about a No Refund policy,Did not register on line or in person. I have gone in circles trying to resolve this, even discussed having someone in my family take my spot. Of course, my family refused, and wondered why I was billed before service and not alloewd a refund of $1,500.00 charged to my visa. Thanks for your help. On 5/31/13 Ms. Martinez contacted our training company looking for immediate training for herself and two of her adult children, and went on about a scenario involving her close friend hitting it big in the music industry and was paying for their training, or reimbursing her for it, to go through bodyguard training. Our price per person for this particular course is between $575 and $650 depending up the available standard discounts. This is for a three day training course, 10 hrs per day. Because she was so nice very personable on the phone, instead of the total price of $1950, I told her that I would extend a discount as a favor and charged her only $1500... saving her $450! I told her normally teams of 4 or more receive multiple student discounts, but I wanted to be helpful as she seem so nice. She was very thankful and I completely explained that by paying she had to complete our registration forms now, she told me she wasn't near a computer but promised to fill it out later that same day. I told her about our enrollment policy and she agreed to it and would look it over later that day, she never did.
