Buyer picked up this bumper in person We're happy to exchange it, but he wants one shipped to him for free Manufacturer offered the customer 50% off as a courtesy gesture, but was not good enough for him Buyer is more than welcome to the return the bumper for a full refund, but we can't just ship him a free one unfortunately.Thanks, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, Customer purchased a kit from us for his 04-Acura TL He wasn't exactly sure what year/model his car was, so we went as far as to confirm his vehicle by VIN number He looked at the parts after that and ok'ed the transaction Now he's trying to say they are the wrong parts Kit was shipped out to Vietnam and we're still working with him to try to get to the bottom of this, but we rarely hear from him and he has been hesitant to get us all the information we need.Thanks,BK Parts(714)614-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The main reason why I decided to pick up the part myself is because I wanted to get the part as soon as possible rather than waiting for the part to be shipped by the seller. I don't live in California so I had to rent a pick up truck in order to be able to pick up the part in California. Obviously, I had to pay for renting the pick up truck, gas and I took a day off work in order to pick up the part.It's unacceptable that the company wants me to pay for shipping the defective part back to them. This is very unprofessional and clearly doesn't reflect any kind of committing to the fitment guarantee that is mentioned in the part features on the company website.Again, the only reason I decided to buy this part from this company is that it -supposedly- comes with guaranteed fitment. All I'm asking from the company is to commit to what they put in the description of the part on the company's website. That is, guaranteed fitment of the front bumper cover. I attach the page from the website for reference.
