Repair of a faulty water main shut off valve that was supposed to be covered under warranty was later billed to me by Sure Flow Plumbing & Heating
On June 29th, 2016, Sure Flow Plumbing & Heating installed a water heater in my property on behalf of ***At that time, I asked Sure Flow's plumbers about the sharkbite shut-off valve that was installed at the main water entrance to the buildingSure Flow's plumbers advised me that the sharkbite should be replaced by a soldered shut-off valve as it could detach if the water was turned on too quickly or if the water pressure suddenly increasedI agreed to have them replace the sharkbite shutoff valve with a new soldered valveShortly after the valve was replaced I noticed a humming noise coming from the valve
On December 18th, 2016, I came home to find almost no water pressure in the bathroom when I wanted to take a showerI went to the basement and found a fine line of water shooting out of the shut-off valve that h
