I have spoken to her several times since she notified me in late OctoberI cancelled the membership immediately even without the day written notice once she notified meHowever she wants to demand a refundMy problem with that is there was NEVER a day written notice to cancel or it would have been doneSecond, she waited months to contact me about thisThat was her mistake and not ours. There is no way for her to prove that the students entry code hasn't been usedAnd its not our practice to watch who comes in and who doesn'tIf they have a membership they have 24hour access whether they use it or notShe was very unreasonable and cant accept that this mistake falls on them. I will not issue a refund because the proper procedure to cancel them membership never happened which is why the card kept getting billedI also wont refund because they waited months to notify us about this situration.
