I recently received a Revdex.com customer complaintThe complaint was addressed to [redacted] *** which is my private internal medicine practice and weight loss management is not handled at the private internal medicine practiceAll weight loss management is done at our medical spa which is Body Rx of Louisville, The complaint should have been addressed to Body Rx of Louisville [redacted] as that is where the client would have been treated.When client first reached out to us to start our weight loss program, she informed us she was still breastfeeding at the time, and it was suggested that she wait until she was no longer breastfeeding.Clients are informed of our "NO SHOW" policy which is a $fee, if you don't show up for your scheduled appointment or fail to cancel prior to hours of your scheduled appointment time.All clients receive a reminder call one day prior to scheduled appointments as well as being sent an email reminder if we are provided with an email address.During March and April we used the sale scheduling software that we use for our Medical PracticePlease see the audit log wherein the client had scheduled her original appointment on 03/for 03/on 03/apptwas rescheduled for O3/then on 03/was rescheduled again for 4/13, unfortunately we have no record of the client Communicating with us of her not being able to keep her 4/apptOn May we changed our scheduling software and in that software there is no evidence of the client having an appointment on 05/11.As courtesy we will waive the S40.00"NO SHOW" feeWhite scheduling is always preferred, Client's account will also be noted that if she ever decides to participate in the weight loss program to just call the day she is certain she is coming in and we will work her in, since scheduling ahead of time is not working for her[redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY] Regards, [redacted] The only reason that I proceed to get the Brazilian service was because there I was told first by receptionist when I call the first time that there it was a re-touch without charge and second when I have the previous services done [redacted] record everything on my file and at not point it was display to me that the technician was acting on her own or there is nothing that say that Body Rx is not responsible at lease on my records that Personnel works separate from the facility If that was the case I should be notify at the from and for sure I would not get any treatment from them since I do not feel comfortable dealing with individual services I have attached the records were state that I have complementary treatments that was needed to completely eradicate the hair The reason why at did not shave was because there were missing a lot of hair and I knew that if it was not treated it would be causing spot here and there I knew that shaving was an extra fee and I told the technician that I will do it myself but she insisted that she would do it without a charge I would like to close this complaint by saying once again that first they did not cover all the areas, second because the missing treatment the hair is growing back and third I ask all the right question before I start any treatment before I agree to get the treatment

Response: We would be happy to supply the BBB with the same client history and paperwork she was provided with. In said paperwork the treatment notes are very clear, and there was no mention of any agreements of free touch ups. Our office has NEVER offered free touch ups for laser hair removal, our... brochure of services even clearly states the prices of our touch ups. Her refusal to shave was an inconvenience to our service providers, causing them to run late for their following appointments, and we were kind enough to waive the fee associated with having to shave a client. All of our service providers are privately contracted; therefore, any service that the previous Provider had offered her for free without the consent of myself (office manager) or the owners can not be expected to be honored. She paid for the services she was provided. Any issues with her service during treatment was never noted or discussed with anyone other than the Service Provider that we no longer have contracted to our Spa. Although we are sorry she was so upset with her service, we can not offer her any kind of refund as she did sign our Office financial policies which clearly states we do not offer refunds.
