I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
 They did NOT call me at all and they did not reply to any of my emails. The first evidence of they did not call me nor have very little information on me is that they refer to me as a she. I am and have always been a male.  Second, the address they gave the collection agency was from a place I lived 5 years ago.  Why should I pay for something I have not used for over years.

We pride ourselves as being very open and upfront with all of our members and resolve issues that are brought to our attention. The information below is what we have regarding this member: I spoke with [redacted] the GM of the Longwood facility and gathered everything we have on file for...

[redacted].  She was a member we inherited from [redacted].  She currently has a $336 outstanding b[redacted]ce we have sent over to collections for a few month now. Additionally, there is a note from Sonny, one of our customer service reps, from April 2016 when he made one of the original AR calls stating that she answered and said she'd call back because she was in a meeting.  As far as visits go, we have 11 logged, two of them being Personal Training since we took over the club from [redacted]. She previously had an account b[redacted]ce which she took care of back in 2014.  Her credit card was updated at some point following that because the card we have ending in XXX1740 has a 2018 expiration date.  She has had visits at the club and interaction with the staff since Bodyscapes took over from [redacted] and in the that time she has not requested a stop of her membership.  Her account has been closed by us as of this month for non payment. If you have any additional questions please feel free to let me know.[redacted] [redacted], COOBodyscapes Fitness1285 Beacon StreetBrookline, Ma  02446
