Despite the fact the patient did not arrive at her scheduled time, every attempt was made to assist her at that time with a refund within the polices of the office Because she had purchased a groupon, groupon is the one who assists in any refundsThis was explained several times to the clientOur manager even got on the phone to call groupon at which time *** started yelling again and slammed doors all the way through the office and out. Per our conversation with the client on 12/7/15, groupon was contacted that day to issue a refund for her unused massagesWe also left a message for the patient letting her know she could contact groupon or wait for a representative to contact herAfter receipt of this letter on 1/4/2016, we contacted groupon and the client did receive a refund on 12/17/after several attempts by groupon customer support to reach out to her. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The reply from Bodyworks is FALSE.........................the appointment was for 10:15am but I called several days before the appointment to change the time due to something important that came up.The front desk person gave me the new appointment time of 2:30pm on the same day.  I did not just "make up" that time.   I had to have gotten it from them............why would I drive a fair distance to get to an appointment if they had not given me the new time..................But due to this person's lack of professionalism, she apparently did not notify anyone in her office.   They then sent an email reminder and had the OLD time of 10:15am on it...........I replied to that email within hours stating the time had been changed to 2:30pm but never heard a reply from them.   Thus I thought my appointment was good.It was not until I got to the office that the front desk person said no massage person was there............. the way they handle business is very poor.
