Fees were charged at outrageous pricesNot even sure if the people charging them are lisensed or just friends of IRM investmentsWe were charged for things that were not brokenThe house was very well cared forWe have pictures to show how clean we left itThe work that has been done on their property is so poor that things are barely holding together and they are trying to charge the tenants for repairs that we had nothing to with and repairs that didn't existThe homeowner needs to look at this property to see how poor the management is of his property
Poor customer service, blaming the customer, taking money from a security deposit you shouldn't have
I have multiple issues to discuss about this company
First, our apartment had mold issues that were reported and cleaned, however, the email responses that Carmen sent to us seemed to belittle and blame us as tenantsWe were told one, that we should have reported it sooner, two, that we had to keep the air temperature lower, and three, that if we didn't take these steps we would be at faultSo you're telling me that we have to pay more for electricity to run the A/C so the property YOU manage doesn't produce mold? You also should not blame us for the timing as we reported it when we felt it was out of control and needed assistanceYour emails were rude, including when I asked simple questionsI once emailed Carmen in the beginning asking where to send the rent check, and she responded with a "it's in your lease, but here you are..."RudeYou could have just replied nicely
